Collective Sales Manager (Full-Time)
We’re seeking a Collective Sales Manager to lead and grow Farm Alliance of Baltimore’s collective sales and market access program.
This role connects FAB’s network of growers, including the Black Butterfly Teaching Farm, with direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and institutional markets, helping expand revenue opportunities while increasing access to locally grown food in Baltimore.
The Collective Sales Manager will oversee sales, produce aggregation, inventory, distribution, market operations, and buyer relationships across outlets including the 32nd Street Waverly Farmers Market, Black Butterfly Farm Stand, food banks, restaurants, and other local buyers. The role will also help build the systems and partnerships needed to grow FAB’s collective sales program.
This is a full-time, salaried position with a salary range of $65,000–$70,000, depending on experience and education. The typical schedule will be Tuesday–Saturday, with approximately three Saturday shifts per month at the 32nd Street Waverly Farmers Market. [Read the full job description here.]
