Membership

Membership applications are currently closed.

If you are a Baltimore City grower interested in joining the Farm Alliance, please review our membership summary and complete the Member Interest Form below. We’ll keep your information on file and notify you when applications reopen in December 2025.

Eligibility

All applicants must be located in Baltimore City, have been in production for at least one year, and align with the mission of the Farm Alliance.

Membership Types

We have two types of membership:

  • Farm Membership
    Farms and other agricultural operations that produce more than $2,000 worth of farm products for sale or donation annually.
  • Garden Membership
    Community gardens, homesteads, cooperative gardens, apiaries, and school gardens that produce less than $2,000 worth of farm products for sale or donation annually.
Benefits

Membership benefits include, but are not limited to:

  • Shared resources
  • Trainings and workshops
  • Marketing and collective sales
  • Technical assistance
  • Fellowship and farmer-to-farmer support

If you are looking for additional support as a beginning grower, we also recommend contacting Baltimore City Master Gardeners, University of Maryland Extension, and the Baltimore Office of Sustainability.
