Acres4Change (A4C) was founded in response to the growing racial wealth gap in the United States. Our stewardship program, Charm City Caps, creates a path to land ownership for BIPOC farmers through a two-year mushroom business and mentoring program. We grow lion’s mane and different varieties of oyster mushrooms.

Our mission is to foster economic stability by promoting equitable land ownership, providing comprehensive professional development opportunities, and facilitating racial healing.
